Mandy wanted me to meet her at Costco after work on Thursday. I had a little bit of time to "waste" before meeting her so I popped into Michaels.
The $1 section had some new merchandise in it and I picked up this very cute card ~ love the birds!
This 6 pack of notecards came home with me too! The quote is a good one.

Michael's is carrying a new group from the Making Memories line ~ it's called Vintage Findings. There are 14 pieces in the package I chose. Here's a photo of several of the pieces. I bought it because I really wanted the gold bird and the leaves. I have an art piece in mind for it. I love a little bit of new stuff!

I bought that bird for my daughter the other day ($1.50 in Canada) We're butting heads a bit too much lately and we both needed a reminder to put a smile on each others face every day.
