With Gratitude....Remembering

"On Memorial Day we need to stop and pay with sincere conviction our respects for those who died protecting and preserving the freedoms we enjoy, for we owe those honored dead more than we can ever repay."  www.usmemorialday.org

On this and every day, please pray for our Patriot Armed Forces now standing in harm’s way around the world in defense of our liberty, and for the families awaiting their safe return.
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” –John 15:12-14
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me. -Lee Greenwood

Praying for those currently serving our country......and remembering, with much love, my father-in-law who is spending his first Memorial Day in Arlington National Cemetery.

Love the vintage images. We do owe so much to the brave men and women who give their lives to keep us free.
