Welcome to a Christmas in July Party.
I've gathered together some tree creations I made last year, and a few new pieces as well. |
Of course, you need snowmen to help with the Christmas trees! |
A shiny red pick-up truck is great for bringing home the tree!. But a vintage vehicle is even better!! |
Spools & Trees & Sheet Music & Baker's Twine...some of my favorite crafting supplies. |
Of course, I like to throw a couple non tree creations too. |
Jingle bells & glass glitter are a nice touch with the tree in the shadow box. |
These little shadow boxes are leftovers from last year's shows. I think I might distress them a bit for this year's. |
Last year I found a big bag of trees at the thrift store.....quite a deal at $1.91!! |
Time to get busy trimming the tree(s)!! |
Now, it's time to get busy visiting all the other blogs
participating in the Christmas in July Party.
The party is being hosted by:

P.S. There's only about 162 Days
until Christmas!!!

I love how you used all the trees and that is a deal. For $1.91 I would have snagged those up.
I remember you using the red truck for the tree and I love that idea. Have you shown the shadow boxes before? I REALLY love that idea.
Super cute and cool.
Merry Christmas in July.
Woolie Blessings
Every year I’m having much more fun doing this kind of preparations than I have with the actual celebration! That’s my idea for the Christmas 2013
Christmas Ornaments and I also want to try to make this wreath http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siwYIAXF2rE I think it would look amazing.
I know it’s not coming soon but I’ve came across this post and decided that I definitely should try it. Your jar of Christmas trees is also on my list! Thanks
Such cute Christmas crafts!! Love them all! Happy new week! xo Holly
What a fun collection! I love the truck, your shadow boxes, the thrifty trees in a jar, spools...all of it. Thanks so much for sharing and for the inspiration. Pinning this one.
Your vignettes are so beautiful! That truck is adorable.
Holy Cow, I can't believe you found a whole bag of them! I love how they are so tiny you can glue them to a spool...such mini-fun.
Lucky you to find a bag of trees at such a wonderful price. I love your trees on spools with the music.
I can't believe you found a whole bag of bottle brush trees for less than $2...LUCKY!
I now have truck envy! Love your trees....cute vignette! I have to visit the other participants. I don't remember seeing your shadow boxes before but they're great.
Nice to think about winter in this heat!!
