I was browsing through Pinterest last night and I saw a pin from Abby of Little Birdie Blessings.   It was originally pinned from a website called Reusable Art-Breathing New Life Into Old Art.

This website looks like a great source for images.  I grabbed the following quote from their website.

"A collection of free downloadable public domain images for crafters and web designers that have been rescued from old books, magazines, and other print materials. All of the images in this collection are copyright free in the United States and any country that extends copyrights up to 70 years after the death of the original artist making them in the public domain and free to use in your next scrapbook page, notecard or other craft projects."

There's a nice assortment of images and they're arranged into easy to navigate categories. I found the following four images during a very quick visit...I'm looking forward to doing some more browsing.
Thanks for "pinning" the birdies in the nest Abby!!
