Whoa....that's a lot of photos!

4523!
That's how many photos I took on our trip to England and France!
It's going to take some time to sort through all of them.  I'm hoping to put together a
blog post with some of them next week.
We shall see!

notecards

I'm thinking about making some of my own notecards.
Mostly for my use...maybe to sell at our annual November craft show.
I'm looking for a little feedback.

1) Matte or glossy?
2) Border? No border?
3) If I sell them, should I package them in (themed) sets?
4) Or sell them individually?
5) What do you think of the photos I chose (so far), are they notecard material?
6) Do they needs any "words" on the front?

I appreciate your feedback!!

Just Borrowing

Okay ~ I'm getting a little desperate without my camera.
Now I'm using magazine photos.

I love this look. A nice long table and lots of mis-matched chairs.  This is what I want for my dining room...someday.

I wish I could remember which magazine I got this from.  I'll update as soon as I remember.  : )

"Cheese!"

When my grandbabies were born there was a whole lot of clicking going on. Cameras ready and photos galore from the moment of birth! Is it any wonder that when they see a camera they stop and say "cheese"!!

That's exactly what Elijah is saying in this photo.

Pretty Snow

Here's several photos from my backyard. They were taken between 5:00 & 6:00 PM Friday night. I walked around in the yard for about an hour snapping pictures.

That was before the blizzard!! I like these pictures ~ just simple little things in my yard. The snow was so incredibly fluffy. Click on the pictures for close ups and just look at how pretty the snow is.

Isn't the snow pretty? Come back again later~ and I'll show you some more pretty ~ pretty crazy, that is! I'll try and get some "during the blizzard" photos to share.

Evening Sky

When I left work Wednesday evening, the sky was amazing ~ pinks, oranges, yellows, blues, purples & grays. So beautiful! I took my camera out of my purse that morning and forgot to put it back in. Then I remembered that my cell phone had a camera.

The first two photos were taken with my cell phone.

As soon as I finished taking my photos I called my husband and asked him how the sky looked outside our house. He said it was pink & blue. I told him where my camera was and he took the next photos with it. He got some good shots!
