Rest Sweet Rest

Rest means being still, being quiet, relaxing, puttering, or taking a break. I need rest to happen more than it does!

    Oh Marie, I wish I knew how to be quiet and restful. It would be so good to spend a bit of time each day in silence to renew, relax, and refresh.
