Somebody turns one tomorrow ~ we had a party for her on Sunday because her grandmother and uncle were visiting from out of town. She had a very good time!

In honor of her birthday I bought myself a new magazine today. I'll use any excuse to buy a good magazine!
This is another publication from Somerset Studio and it's called Green Craft.
It's full of makeover ideas. Even though this is the Winter issue...it's full of lots of "new beginnings". That's kind of springlike, don't you think?
Here's a few of my favorite ideas.

I hope that Miss P has a very happy first birthday.
I was in the bookstore this past weekend and was checking out some of the magazines. I saw an issue of that magazine and was flipping through. It looked very interesting but I didn't buy it. I guess I was just in a browsing mood, went shopping and didn't buy a thing. :)

I can't believe Ms P is already a year old! She is growing up so fast. Pretty soon she will be giving Charlotte and Elijah a run for their money! lol
That looks like a great magazine! I really liked the felt flowers. I will have to see if I can find it around here.

I have a whole file of 'Great Ideas' with lots of magazine page ideas! But after I file the pages, I forget about the ideas! hahaha

Those felted wool flowers are ultra cute. I'll have to look at the mag when we're at your house next time, to see how to make them. :-)
