Stretching

I sit at a desk, working on a computer, 4 days a week.
I've been doing it for over ten years.
I found this little chart online.
See what it says?

"Sitting at a computer for long periods often causes neck and shoulder stiffness and occasionally lower back pain.  Do these stretches every hour or so throughout the day, or whenever you feel stiff. Photocopy this and keep it in a drawer. Also, be sure to get up and walk around the office whenever you think of it. You'll feel better!

It's the truth...and I've got it. Stiffness and pain.
I'm printing this out and taping it to my desk...maybe if it's in plain sight
I'll remember to do the stretches!

Happy Monday to You!!

I've got the stiffness too but mine isn't from sitting. Maybe I should try some of these stretching exercises
