I have been so inspired by so many different women here in the land of blog. My mind can't contain all the wonderful creations I've seen ~ but a few things popped into it while I was at the thrift store Thursday evening.
I've seen some wonderful bags and when I saw this 6 ft runner I knew it would be perfect for a totebag or two! It's beautiful! It's strips of fabric sewn together to form the backing and then torn strips of fabric sewn one at a time to the top. I'm not a quilter BUT I'm sure there's a name for this style of quilting. Any help out there?
I already had the wooden bowl ~ but I found the eggs and bunnies at the thrift store.
I've seen prim little cloth bunnies tucked into bags and I'd like to try a couple of them. I'm going to paint the ceramic bunny "chocolate" brown and tie a little bow around it's neck. I'm not sure what I'll do with the paper mache eggs ~ any ideas?
I won't be making anything with this ~ but my favorite find of the night was this adorable little dress! It might be Charlotte's Easter dress. She has some cute little brown shoes, trimmed in pink, that will look perfect with this dress!
Look at the pretty details!
I also found this pattern ~ it has multiple sizes in it ~ so I can make an outfit for Charlotte and Penelope.

Hello Marie!
Thank you for your email this morning telling me that I won your giveaway!
What fun! Everything that you've included is so special that I know I'm going to have fun creating things from them!
Your finds at the thrift store are great! The little dress is precious - easy to see why it caught your eye.
Hmm....the eggs....let me know if you figure out what you're going to do with them. I bought a pack of them at Michael's and I haven't a clue what to do with them either.
Have a great day. I'll email my address to you and look forward to receiving all of the goodies you so very kindly offered to your blog followers. :-)
Hugs, Diane

Wonderful new treasures, Marie! You could paint the eggs a pretty blue and put them in a nest from the craft store. I love the pretty dress, too!
