Random Monday Memories

I don't watch a lot of television ~ I like some shows on HGTV and every now and then there might be a movie I want to see. "So You Think You Can Dance" is probably the only weekly show I watch right now. I'm not really a series watching type of person ~ not now anyway!

But back in the sixties (1965-68 to be exact) I loved watching Lost in Space. The year was 1997 and the Robinson family (Professor John, wife Maureen and children Judy, Penny & Will), along with Major Don West set off for Alpha Centauri to set up a new colony. Dr. Smith attempted to sabotage their mission, but instead wound up as an unwilling stowaway. His additional weight caused their ship, the Jupiter, to be thrown off course and they ultimately ended up......Lost in Space! I bet you just can't stand the suspense can you?!

I think the robot was my favorite character.
"Danger, Danger, Will Robinson!"

That use to be one of my favorite shows too growing up. The only other show I remember really loving was 'Dark Shadows'. I use to run home from school just to watch it.

Hi Marie,
I'm sorry I've been so MIA lately. I'm glad last week is over. : )
I, too, loved this show as a kid. Did you know that Angela Cartwright is now somewhat famous for her art? I see her articles and art in Somerset Studio magazines all the time.
Have a great week!
