98.6

Tuesday evening, Katie got a reading of 98.6, when she checked Charlotte's temperature.
It may not stay that way....but thankfully there's some improvement going on!
They had a tough time tracking down Tamaflu...but to Charlotte's delight, momma & daddy found some for her.  Just kidding....Charlotte says Tamaflu is "real yucky"!  Thankfully, Katie has been very creative in camouflaging the taste of the yucky stuff...and Charlotte has been such a trouper about taking her medicine.  She's knows it's going to help her feel better.  She also knows that lots of people are praying for her to get better.
Friday through Monday......four very long days! But late Tuesday brought improvement and encouragement.  Charlotte goes to see her pediatrician today. We're praying for a good report.
Thanks so much for all the prayers...I can't express how much it means to me to know that you're praying for my family.  Please continue praying....we have a special event coming up in two weeks and we sure want EVERYONE to be nice and healthy for it!

"Had to write it down if I'm to have any chance at remembering all this. Good thing they flavor everything now!"

"This is a welcome change after getting a reading of 104.7 at the ER last night. Looks like my girl is on the mend!"

Bless her heart. That's a lot for a little one to deal with. I am praying for her speedy recovery!

I am so sad to read about Charlotte's illness. I've been away from the computer for a few days so I missed your last post. It's never too late to pray so I'm doing that now. Keep getting better little Charlotte and you get some rest Marie. We leave tomorrow for a few days in Rockville and then on to Rehoboth for 5 days. We're hoping to beat the snow tomorrow. I will have my iPad with me so even though I can't do a blog post, I can read. Take good care dear friend..don't you get sick!
