A Swap For All Seasons

 It's time to share another Swap For All Seasons swap! The theme for March was

Spring, Easter, or St. Patrick's Day....and the color was yellow.

I didn't realize how little I use yellow to create with...it was a welcome change.

Mostly because there's been a lot of snow this winter....and yellow reminds me of

SUNSHINE and a beautiful Spring day!!!

I received my March swap goodies from Patty....a brand new friend in blog land! She sent me a beautiful card with a really lovely poem.  Too pretty to mail away. It's already hanging on my bulletin board!  She also sent me a bright yellow tag, and a bit of destash...including a yellow balloon!!  What a perfect Springtime touch!

Patty also sent me this AWESOME hankie.  It's round!!  I love it!!  
I'm thinking it might be pretty as a pillow top.  Hmmm....we'll see!

Lucky me got to send to Susie!  We've swapped before...it was wonderful to have the opportunity to make something for her again!  I chose to go with the Easter theme,  but I used images with more of  a spring time feel to them.  

Love these little ducks and robins!  I think red and yellow is such a happy color combination....definitely made me happy to work with these colors!  The image on the tag is one of my very favorites...the little girl with the red hat has the sweetest expression....don't you think!  

I forgot to take a photo of the destash I sent Susie....luckily she shared this photo on her blog.  (thanks Susie!)  She said she liked it all...yay!!  These Easter images are so cute!

 Next mailing date deadline is April 1st.....April's theme is Mother's Day and our color is peach.  Whoa...that's going to be tough! There is not a lot of peach in this house!
