Snowguys

It's always nice to make a little progress.

I spent a couple hours working on this little guys yesterday.  They still need some scarves and a little bit of sparkle...but I'm lovin' how their "acorn caps" look!!

Snowy Day Fun

There was a whole lot of happy going on last week.
My grandbabies truly enjoyed some fun times in the foot of snow we received.

They all enjoyed their snow day...most even liked their hats!

No hat, no gloves equals happy....then there's sad....and then just plain cute!

Walking with her shadow.

Snow stew coming up!

Someone needed a little rest.

Snow equals happy!

Oh so cute!

Some bunnies will sleep anywhere!

Did someone say snowball!?

It Snowed....and the Winners!

The three biggest 'littles' were very happy to see snow falling from the sky yesterday.  Each of them got to enjoy some snow time!!  I 'borrowed' some photos of them, from their parents, to share with you.

Love this photo of Elijah watching the snow. He actually played outside twice...but the snow was so fluffy he couldn't make the snowman he wanted to. His other grandma came to the rescue though...love his 'flat' snowman!!
The best snowman making snow was by Charlotte's house....looks like the best
tasting snow was there too!

Penelope really wanted to go outside and blow bubbles in the snow...she finally
convinced her daddy to go out with her.

The two littlest 'littles' passed on the snow, but I still managed to find
some photos of them to share....like that was hard!!  : )

Thanksgiving dinner was rough for Caleb...he was
REALLY tired!
Final score: SLEEP - 1, GOLDFISH CRACKERS - 0.

Little Miss Lulu celebrated her 7 month birthday yesterday.
Love that sweet smile!!

Now for the winners of the giveaway!

I asked Bill to pick two numbers between 1 and 8.
He chose 3 and 7....that means Ann and Peggy win!!
Here's their VERY NICE comments.
Congratulations to both of you!!!

It's been a pleasure being part of your blogging experience. I'm very happy that I found your blog and I always enjoying seeing what you're making. You've inspired more than one project.
For years I had an angel on the top of my tree but a couple years ago I bought a star.

A Few of my Favorite Things

These are as few of my favorite little creations for this year's craft shows.
I'm very partial to red & green, Christmas trees, and snowmen!
These photos make me happy!!

Sure hope you have a wonderful day today!
My plan is to decorate, shop online a bit, and (maybe) venture out into the
madness that is called "Black Friday"!

How about you?  Will you be joining in the "madness"?

70% and 90% OFF!!

I love the after Christmas sales!  Last night I made my final (I think) purchase of the season.  I stopped at Michael's to browse. They still had quite a bit of seasonal merchandise and most of it was 80% off! I only bought a few things there.  Most of my post Christmas treasures came from Target. It's my favorite store!!  I got loads of stuff this year....most of it will be re-purposed.  Like these little snowmen heads.  I have a plan for them involving some little glass bottles that I bought last year.

Usually I wait until sometime in the Fall to begin creating things for the craft shows I'm in.  NOT THIS YEAR!  I'm going to start ASAP....so hopefully I'll be able to share this creation with you sometime soon!

Did I mention that I paid 30 cents for some of these and 10 cents for the others?  It's like I told Bill....how could I not buy them!  (and all the other things I found!)

He's such a cute little snowguy!
