Pinned It and Did It!

I love Pinterest! Lately I've been so caught up in "pinning" that I haven't taken the time to create anything prompted by all the inspiration and ideas that are on Pinterest.  But this weekend I changed that and actually made a few things.
I'd like to share one of the items I made ~ but first a look at my inspiration.  It's a "pin" from Creations by Kara. Washer necklaces....super easy and, I think, super cute!  Kara has an awesome tutorial for them on her website right here.

Here's the beginnings of mine. Covered washers and the coordinating bead and below that the finished necklaces. I love how they turned out. I also love that I've created a new board on my Pinterest called "Pinned It and Did It"!  Yippee!

If you don't know about Pinterest, you should check it out.
So many ideas and inspiration....so little time!

Your necklaces are conversation starters for sure and I love the idea of a pinboard for finished projects from pinned inspiration. Better get started...I've pinned so many wonderful ideas and the things YOU pin are always "pin worthy"! lol! Yeah, I love these pendants! I pinned them!

I have another pal who does pinterest - I asked to be invited, but I don't think I ever got invited!!! What happened there? Maybe I'm not creative enough - like you! I love these necklaces!

Thanks so much for sharing my tutorial Marie! Your necklaces turned out just beautiful. I love how you used the paper with text. I'll have to try that next time. :)

What a great idea for a board. I'll have to start one of those. I really like the necklaces. I think teens would like them too.
