At our recent craft show I had some necklaces for sale. Making jewelry is something new for me...these are very simple pieces and I really enjoyed making them. None of them sold but since I usually only make things I love that's not a problem. I'll wear them!
Update: I was reading this again...I hope it didn't come across as whiny (because they didn't sell)...I make things because I like to be creative. Selling something is just the frosting on the cake so to speak!
The necklace with the butterfly was inspired by THIS ONE made by Becky Shander. She always has something that inspires me on her blog.
I edited these photos using Picasa 3. I like the effect...I believe it's called Lomo-ish. I'm not sure why! : )

Love the necklaces and the photos. It seems to me that craft shows always have an over abundance of jewelry and I have to wonder if more often than not people just don't bother looking at it.
They are so sweet Maria,-love them, and also love having a look at B.S. blog, she is inspirering like you.
Hugs and happy tuesday, dear.

Marie, I really liked your necklaces, I just don't wear them hardly ever. However, I wear the yellow flower pin you made quite often and it always gets a compliment. You are so very talented. Especially love all your vintage items. Have a great day. Show the blogger friends your flower pins if you have any left. Pj
